SBF Chief Executive Michael Levack comments on the findings from the quarterly Scottish Construction Monitor Survey.   The results show the outlook for the industry in 2012 remains difficult, with a majority of firms expecting public sector construction activity to drop, and more firms expecting to reduce their workforce than those expecting to recruit people over the next 12 months.
