SBF is organised on a local association basis so that member companies are able to liaise with other members in their area on a regular basis and attend local meetings and social functions to update themselves on the recent local industry developments.

Each area has an Area Secretary and a President, who is elected on a yearly basis, who organise and administrate each individual association. 

In order to facilitate communication and feedback, each region is covered by one of membership support team, to meet the specific needs of members and issues that have arisen by the local association meetings and to report back to head office.
